Scheduled Caste Sub Plan (SCSP)

     The Scheduled Caste Sub Plan (SCSP) provides health care to the economically weaker section of the population in rural areas and sub-urban slums of Chennai, where health care facilities are either less or not available. This programme provides treatment to the ailing masses through Unani medicine at their doorsteps. The health and morbidity surveys are also carried out under this programme .
